Slim in 6 is a 6-week diet and exercise program from Beach Body. Slim in 6 is very well known due to the infomercial used to advertise the program. The program is mostly the work of Debbie Seibers, who has been involved in the fitness industry for some time. Upon joining Beach Body, she went on to develop a number of videos and programs. These eventually culminated in the Slim in 6 program.

With Slim in 6 you have to be prepared for a lot of aerobic exercise and strength training. It’s a big commitment, but many people report success with this format.
