  Raw Food Diet

Raw food diets are an easy way to remove fat from your diet and one of the easiest ways to lose weight. It is probably the best way to deal with eating disorders.

A raw food diet provides major improvements in health. Your weight normalizes, which means a reduction in fat. At the same time, a person feels extremely energized. It's as if the energy you get from raw foods would rather be used up than stored as fat.

Raw food diets makes one feel highly energized. Raw foods breaks down and directly metabolized in a variety of cells. Your health will improve with a raw food diet and the person notices effects of all types. This result is an important source of information about nutrition and quality of food.

For example, sucrose or table sugar goes entirely into fat production rather than immediate energy. Sucrose will split into glucose and fructose. Muscles use glucose but not fructose. One very obvious improvement resulting from a raw food diet is in the digestive system. Raw food digests well, so a person does not notice the acid and bile that goes with a cooked food.

Adding a little bit of cooked food to a raw food diet is not a good idea because acid is then produced in the stomach and it is bad for the raw food. Acid and raw food creates indigestion. One of the problems with raw food diets is that they are high in pesticides. It is a good idea to eat organic raw foods.

Normally, salt is not used with raw food diets. Though you may find that eating some salt seems to help with the taste. Whatever raw foods are available is generally adequate. Protein can be found in raw nuts and seeds, such as sunflower seeds and sesame seeds. Plant proteins do not have the same amino acids as animal protein, so it is good to eat a variety of raw foods.

Sprouts are very often a part of a raw food diet. Sprouts will make you hungry, as do other types of raw food. So there is little danger of being undernourished on a raw food diet. It is also rather impossible to put on excess fat when eating nothing but raw vegetables. So people who are concerned about fat should use a raw food diet. Raw food diets create perfect nutrition without many of the negative effects including fat production.

The best raw food available is frozen peas. The best raw protein is sunflower seed and the second best source of raw protein is lentils. Fruits and vegetables should not be eaten at the same time as they don't digest the same. If you don't like a lot of fish, Omega-3 fatty acids is found in green leafy vegetables and walnuts. A person on a raw food diet should eat fruit in the morning and vegetables the rest of the day. It's not easy to get enough calories because there is a large amount of water and fibre in raw food. Therefore, you will have to eat every two hours when on a raw food diet.

I you feel you need calories, eat dried fruit such as raisins, figs and dates. Bananas are the only raw food that creates fat. Raw potatoes are also good for calories.
